Connect the app

How do I connect the app to my shop?

Connect your iPhone or iPad to the same network as the Mac that runs your shop. In Sigora’s menu bar on the Mac, choose Pair iPhone and scan the code with your iPhone’s Camera, or choose Copy Pairing Link and paste it into the app. The link gives full access to your shop. Keep it private.

The app can’t reach my shop.

Keep your Mac awake with the shop server running, and check that both devices are on the same network. Then tap Try again. Until it reconnects, the app shows your shop as it was last updated.

Can I look around without a Mac?

Yes. On the app’s first screen, tap Explore a sample shop to see sample orders, products, checks and documents. Changes aren’t saved. Tap Connect your shop to leave.

How do I disconnect this device?

In the app, open Settings and choose Forget this shop. The shop keeps running on your Mac. To connect again, use a new pairing link.

Sigora Server

What do I need to run a shop?

An Apple silicon Mac with macOS 26 or later, a phone number for the shop’s own Signal account, and a local AI model. If you don’t have a model, the Mac app helps you connect Ollama.

Where do I download Sigora Server?

From the setup page. Enter your access password to download it and see the installation steps.

Does my Mac need to stay on?

Yes, while your shop is taking orders. The menu bar shows whether the server is running.

Wallet

How do I move my wallet to a new device?

On the new device, open Wallet, choose Set up wallet, then Restore with recovery phrase and enter your 12 or 24 words. The recovery phrase stays on your device and is never sent to us, so we can’t restore a wallet without it.
